To best prepare children for the next stage in their journey where ALL children can read, enjoy reading and not have reading as a barrier to learning and life experiences. 

We believe that all our children can become fluent readers and writers. This is why we teach reading through Letters and Sounds, which is a systematic and synthetic phonics programme.

The website will teach you how to pronounce the sounds and includes downloadable information to help your child remember how to write their letters and say their sounds. There are also videos explaining how we teach blending and the trickier words, as well as some support information for what you can do at home.
