The Governing body of Queen Eleanor Primary School has the wish that the school be at the heart of the community. We wish to actively promote and encourage the use of the hall by local people and organisations. 

The facility is available for use by any individuals or groups who apply to the Head Teacher and wish to use the facility for what is deemed to be an appropriate purpose, such as;

Sports activities (using the field or hall)

Keep fit activities

Meetings

Organised social events

Educational activities ( clubs etc)

The final decision on who may use the facility and suitability of the purpose will be made by the governing body in consideration with the caretaker and head teacher.

Charges

The recommended letting costs are as follows; these cover the use of energy and cleaning costs, as well as access to the changing rooms and toilets if required:
